Bricked EDID... warranty help non-existant... what now?

So I installed precision... etc. Lovely M18x bit the dust.

Warranty expires next month, but I can't even get them to acknowledge that my alienware is broken... any tips?

What should I do now? Is there a usb I can boot from to fix this quickly? Or should I just scrap it?
