Left side unusually HOT M18x R1

I noticed my left side getting hotter than usual now. I tried switching to I7 graphics and still left side hot. Also when I plug in USB 3.0 device and start file exchange it gets even hotter. What might be the problem? What to look?

Although I have CoolerMaster XL cooler It is still hot!? When turned off it is hotter...
