Hey guys need some help iv got a replacement aw 18 with dual 980m gpu's 8gb each cpu is the 4940mx 32gb of ram 512msata 1tb storage with A12 bios the screen started acting up so they came to my house and replaced it diden't fix it so sent it in for service they replaced the motherboard and did an os reinstall got it back thought all was fine till i had it lockup playing a game that's when i found out the second fan had stopped working called them they ran a few over the phone test and told...
